Villas

Throughout the island there are many great villas to stay in. Ideal for a self catering or family holidays, these villas are sometimes completely private, and sometimes complex based, along with other villas and apartments, almost always close to a wonderful white sandy beach and resort. Complexed villas are great as most are cleaned regularly, have a shared pool, security on site, and extra facilities for residents. Private villas are sometimes in residential areas, however they are usually placed in touristy parts of the island, with low or no crime. The government takes tourism very seriously and the local residents will more often than not, welcome you with open arms. Tourism is now Mauritius main source of external income, and the people of the island respect and welcome visitors from every corner of the world.
