We do monitor the site as often as is possible, and if any problems are found or reported, we aim to resolve the problem as quickly as possible

Misuse of the enquiry checker is taken seriously, and is only intended for use by anyone who is seriously looking to take a vacation in Mauritius. Please repect these wishes and be responsible when making an enquiry.

We do not 'book' your apartment or villa until full payment has been made upfront.

We only request payment once we have checked with the reservations teams in Mauritius that your requested apartment or villa is available for the date and time specified. Upon each check, we ask them to hold the apartment for a few hours while your payment is collected. Once we reciever your payment, we immediately contact the reservations team and confirm the booking. At this stave your booking is booked and confirmed.

We cannot take responsibility for any mistakes made by the reservations teams as they are out of our control and we only act as a 'booking' agent. However, if for whatever reason you may have paid for a booking and it cannot be booked, we shall refund your payment immediately.
